How can I register my company for Company Day?

Registration for the careers fair is available online only. The registration form is only activated for a limited period in the spring. During this period, a link to the online form will be placed in a prominent position on our homepage.

Registrations for the next Company Day have opened and are possible until april 30th.


When can I register my company as an exhibitor?

You can register by filling out the online form. Registration for the careers fair is available online only.

How will I know that my registration has been received?

Once you have filled out and sent the registration form, you will initially receive an automatically generated confirmation message. You will then receive an e-mail in May after the registration period has closed notifying you whether you have been selected as an exhibitor at our next Company Day.

When will I find out if my company has been chosen as an exhibitor?

You will receive an e-mail in May telling you whether your company has been chosen to exhibit at the next Company Day.

Will I be exhibiting on both days?

If your company is selected as an exhibitor, you will be exhibiting on just one of the two days. The date will be given in your confirmation of participation; you will also find it in your log-in area.

In 2019, we decided to extend the careers fair to two days in order to improve its quality. Each day, around 70 different companies will have the opportunity to showcase themselves as attractive employers.  This means that around 140 companies will be exhibiting over the two days. An attractive supporting programme will be offered on both days.

Can I choose where to set up our stand?

Yes, you can choose your stand location in our online booking system, which you can access in your log-in area. The system is similar to that used when booking seats on a plane: you can conveniently choose your stand location online depending on size and availability. As all the stands are located on Hochschulstraße, every stand location is attractive. If the stand size you require is no longer available, please contact us directly.

How are company profiles created for the careers fair catalogue?

After you receive your confirmation of participation at the end of May, you will be sent the electronic data you need to access your log-in area on this website.
Here you can enter your company profile in a template and upload your corporate logo. This data is used for the fair catalogue and flyers. Your company profile will also be visible online as soon as you approve it. As the catalogue is subject to deadlines (we will of course notify you of these), opportunities to make changes at a later date are limited and may be subject to a fee. Please see our General Terms and Conditions for more information.

What is the difference between a company profile and an image advertisement?

Every exhibitor attending Company Day is given a free company profile in the catalogue and on this website. The profile consists of a description of your company and your corporate logo.
In order to draw more attention from visitors, exhibitors can also book a classic image advertisement in the catalogue. This advertisement can be designed in any way the exhibitor likes.

Does the university provide stands for exhibitors?

All exhibitors have to bring their own stands. Please give due consideration to the size of the stand location you have booked!

Along with the stand area booked, the university will provide a bistro table and cover, two bar stools, an electricity connection and WLAN access.

Will there be internet access at the stand?

Yes, all exhibitors will have free WLAN access.

As an exhibitor, will I be catered for?

Depending on the stand package you have booked, you will receive a number of admission bracelets to the exhibitor area, where catering is provided. Here you will be able to choose from a range of hot and cold meals and drinks.

You will also be given vouchers with which you can obtain food and drink from the mobile coffee service, cafeteria and Culturas CafféKarre without having to pay cash.

All caterers accept cash should you run out of vouchers.

If you require additional admission bracelets with catering coupons or vouchers, you can order these in advance in the log-in area against payment of a fee.

Do you grant discounts on exhibitor packages?

As the fees we charge only enable us to break even, we cannot grant (agency) discounts on exhibitor packages.

How can I publish job vacancies?

You can upload your job advertisements for in the log-in area of this website.

Please send us the job advertisements you would like to have displayed on the job boards during and after the fair by post before the event. You will receive all other information by e-mail or find it in the log-in area. If you don’t manage to send us your advertisements in time, you can also hand them over to the information desk on the day of the fair. Please don’t post your job advertisements on the job boards yourself, as we use special mounts for this purpose. Thank you very much.
