Working Student – Customer Success Onboarding Analyst (f/m/d)

SAP LeanIX enables organizations to continuously transform. Our platform helps to efficiently organize, plan, and manage IT landscapes, supporting 1300+ customers. 

We currently seek a highly motivated and analytical Working Student (m/f/d) to join our inclusive Customer Success Onboarding Team. In this role, you will play an instrumental role in refining our onboarding journey, aiming to offer our users an effortless, enjoyable, and impactful product experience.

As a Customer Success Onboarding Analyst (m/f/d) at SAP LeanIX you create an impact having exceptional analytical and writing skills to support our customers in the best way possible. You will take full responsibility of initiatives to analyze and improve customer onboarding experience.

Working Student – Customer Onboarding Analyst EMEA (m/f/d)
Hybrid, based close to one of our offices in Germany (Bonn, Munich). Flexible part-time position (15-20 hours per week).

  • Assisting the team in managing and improving onboarding material.
  • Spearheading projects to improve digital assets and contribute in fostering peer-to-peer support.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in your studies.
  • Strong interest in technology, SaaS products, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to excel both in a team environment and independently.
  • Very good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
