• You open your laptop and check your E-Mails. The E-Mails from the CEO give you insights into other departments of Trusted Shops & how we are progressing with our company goals
• Daily Stand Up: Most of the time we work remotely. Today, a few colleagues met at the office in Cologne. Time for a coffee talk in our pilot area
• Writing an automated test, to test the functionality of recently developed feature from a Developer for our questionnaire component.
• Refinement: based on your feedback, a new ticket will be created to make our onboarding even better.
• Lunch.
• You’ll have an exchange with other QA Engineers from other teams, perhaps even discuss the ongoing hot topic on API Testing.
• After the exchange, you might even own a small task here to contribute to the overall api testing work.
• Short break.
• As you were going through one of the test cases, you found one important bug in the system. It will be nice topic to discuss in tomorrow’s daily.

Your Profile

• Fluent English and in the best case also German
• Student of a degree program related to IT (computer science, business informatics, information management, or similar) for at least 1 more year.
• You have some months of experience working for a company OR for your own projects
• You have already have some experience working with programming languages like Python or Javascript etc.
• You are familiar with one of the common test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework).
• Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development are not foreign words for you.

Your Profile

• At least two years‘ experience in Product Marketing, or a equivalent Marketing Position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English (E-Mails, Word Documents, Presentations, etc.), including experience working with technical and business audiences
• Technical expertise that enables you to understand complex Concepts and translate them into Marketing-appropriate Language for our Clients and internal Teams
• Knowledge of a variety of Marketing Channels and Practices
• Professional skills in PowerPoint, Pitch or Google Slides

In your function as an Technical Support & System Specialist (f/m/d) you will work closely with the Finance Department, delivering support for Financial Software Solutions, such as: SAP Business ByDesign, Kendox, LucaNet or Windata.

You take care of our business solutions and interrelated systems, adapt them individually to the existing IT landscape if necessary and are always oriented towards changing requirements.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your apprenticeship/studies in IT and are now looking for a career start.
• You are very confident in the use of technical business solutions such as ERP systems, DMS (Document Management System) or E-Banking.
• You are familiar with the processes/ handling of ticket systems such as JIRA, Trello or Zendesk and are able to classify/ sort/ process tickets according to priority.
• You can provide targeted, reliable and attentive support (min. 1 year experience) in finding and solving problems.
• Understandable communication and communication at eye level is very important for us.
